My favorite, cheap balm is Burt's Bees Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil! Amazing ingredients and it gives lips a natural rosy hue.

ReplyDeleteI'm still a Burt's Bees fan too and like that you can find it anywhere. Pangea Organics' Lip Balm is at the very top of my Lip Balm faves...but its not cheap :o
